Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced or fresh Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating trades, and maintaining project schedules. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
• Schedule and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for all site personnel.
• Manage site logistics, including material delivery, equipment management, and waste disposal.
• Ensure all workers have the necessary permits and qualifications for their tasks.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management regarding timelines and budget.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment among site personnel.

Qualifications: Site Supervisor-Job In Bahrain

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
