We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual for the position of Accountant cum VAT in our Accounting department. As an Accountant cum VAT, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, data entry, ensuring compliance with VAT (Value Added Tax) regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities: Job Opportunity Tally Experienced Accountant + Admin in Bahrain
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and reconcile VAT transactions, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations and laws.
- Prepare VAT returns and submit them to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
- Assist with the development and implementation of internal controls to ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial analysis and support for business decisions.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably with specific expertise in VAT compliance.
- Familiarity with VAT regulations and laws.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in the use of Tally accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
