Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business goals.
- • Oversee and optimize the product distribution process to ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
- • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
- • Build relationships with key clients and identify their needs.
- • Track sales metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
- • Achieve assigned sales targets.
- • Conduct monthly sales planning and forecasting, considering product shelf life.
- • Manage sales channels effectively to optimize results.
- • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the senior management.
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- • 5+ years of sales management experience in FMCG.
- • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- • Good team handling skills.
- • Strong leadership and communication skills.
- • Valid driving license in Kingdom of Bahrain
Salary Range: BD 500 – BD 600
