Job Description:
We are currently hiring for the positions of Waitress and Barista. This opportunity includes all allowances, visa application support, accommodation, transport, and timely salary payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Waitress:
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take orders and provide accurate information about the menu.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints or concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area.
- Barista:
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Visa application support will be provided.
