Cantine is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Waitresses/Waiters.
We are looking for a skilled waiter/waitress as soon as possible. Candidates should be experienced in FOH service.
* Candidates able to start immediately preferred*
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and accommodate special requests with a positive attitude.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience.
Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive resolution.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special dietary needs and preferences are noted.
Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of service.
Knowledge of the menu to answer customer inquiries and provide recommendations if requested.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to proper serving techniques and standards.
Monitor tableware to ensure cleanliness and replace items as needed.
Set up and maintain dining areas, including cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and condiment holders.
Ensure table settings are complete and presentable before seating guests.
Monitor and replenish condiments, napkins, and utensils as needed.
Work cooperatively with kitchen and Beverage staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table assignments and prioritize tasks during busy periods.
Assist colleagues as needed to ensure a positive and efficient dining experience for all guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including server stations, beverage stations, and service trays.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper hand washing and handling of food and utensils.
Monitor restroom cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
Promote special menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotions to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Suggest additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Process guest payments accurately using POS systems or manual transactions, including cash & credit cards
Qualifications: Waitress For Ali Pasha Restaurant Bahrain
- Have completed secondary school education
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress in related field
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Advanced levels of English
Excellent food & beverage knowledge
The ability to work well under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Salary 225 BD + Duty Meal
