Description:
The production and engineering company is looking for an
experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate
the daily warehousing activities. You
will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer
service standards to achieve the appropriate level of volume
within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that
daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.
Main product and inventory positions
Structural Steel Products, Aluminum Profiles, Fans, Filters,
Electronic Components, Heat Exchangers
Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Supervisor Job In Bahrain
Requirements Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Manager or similar role.
- • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the metal fabrication or ventilation systems industry.
- • Language Knowledge – English must, Russian/Arabic preferable
- • Driving License – GCC
- • Experience with warehouse management software like Odoo/ Tally
- • Expertise in Product/Vendor approval
- • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
- • Strong organizational and time management skills.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Problem-solving aptitude.
- • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
