Busco Contracting Company, a reputable construction firm in Bahrain, is seeking two highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisors to join our team. If you have a minimum of 5 years of Bahrain experience and possess extensive knowledge in construction works, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any technical issues or challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects within Bahrain.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques.
- Proficient in using project management software and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
