Showroom Manager (Local Hire Only, Bahrain) Job in Bahrain
Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Showroom Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our showroom. This role involves managing sales, inventory, customer service, and staff to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Implement visual merchandising principles to enhance showroom appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports on showroom performance and sales trends.
- Manage the showroom budget effectively.
- Create marketing materials and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Showroom Manager in retail sales.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a plus).
- Experience with retail software systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
