Workshop-Incharge Job In Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:
- • Supervise and coordinate all workshop operations and staff
- • Plan and schedule daily work assignments and production activities
- • Ensure proper maintenance of all workshop equipment and machinery
- • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures
- • Monitor quality standards for all work performed in the workshop
- • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- • Train and mentor technical staff
- • Coordinate with other departments for workflow optimization
- • Prepare and maintain workshop documentation and reports
- • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
- • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- • Monitor and control workshop costs and budgets
- • Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance schedules
Required Qualifications:
- • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- • 5+ years experience in workshop management
- • Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment
- • Experience in staff supervision and team management
- • Understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedure
