Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute authentic Japanese dishes with precision and creativity, maintaining our high standards.
- Lead and supervise the Japanese cuisine section, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and innovative Japanese-inspired dishes.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a fine dining Japanese restaurant or luxury hotel.
- Deep understanding of Japanese culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking methods.
- Creative flair and passion for crafting visually stunning and flavorful dishes.
