Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute authentic Japanese dishes with precision and creativity, maintaining our high standards.
  • Lead and supervise the Japanese cuisine section, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and innovative Japanese-inspired dishes.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a fine dining Japanese restaurant or luxury hotel.
  • Deep understanding of Japanese culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Creative flair and passion for crafting visually stunning and flavorful dishes.
