Description:
Busco Contracting Company, a reputable construction firm operating in Bahrain, is seeking a skilled and organized Admin to join our team. If you have a strong administrative background and can efficiently handle various office tasks, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- – Provide administrative support to the management team and staff
- – Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- – Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments
- – Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- – Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes
- – Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- – Perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Requirements: Admin Job In Bahrain
- – High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- – Proven experience in an administrative role
- – Excellent communication and organizational skills
- – Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- – Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- – Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
