Busco Contracting Company WLL is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Male HR Assistant to join our team and support various HR functions.
Job Description:
As an HR Assistant at Busco Contracting Company WLL, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to our operations, including:
- – Assisting with the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- – Managing visa processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- – Handling LMRA (Labour Market Regulatory Authority) and GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) related tasks.
- – Overseeing CPR (Central Population Registry) processes.
- – Maintaining accurate time card records and assisting with payroll management.
- – Supporting the HR department in other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- – Proven experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- – Familiarity with LMRA, GOSI, and CPR processes is preferred.
- – Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- – Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
