Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and skilled Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to senior management in our aluminum factory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Seceratary Job In Bahrain
- 1. Receiving and making phone calls
- 2. Dealing with clients and clients
- 3. Coordination of appointments and daily agenda to the General Manager
- 4. Providing daily reports and updates to customers through the company’s program
- 5. Coordinate visits and meetings between clients and company employees
- 6. Making and drafting official letters
- 7. Respond to electronic correspondence
- 8. Making quotations and invoices and entering project data
- 9. Receiving payments from customers and making a receipt
- 10. Follow-up and communication with customers regarding collection and payments
- 11. Attending management meetings and preparing meeting agenda and meeting minutes
- 12. Responsibility and recording of petty cash
- 13. Work on preparing the monthly salary payments and transferring the employees’ salaries
- 14. Dealing with customer suggestions and complaints and coordinating with other departments to reach a solution
- 15. Pay monthly bills online for government institutions and agencies, telecommunications and insurance companies, and others
- 16. The ability to deal with clients and gain trust with the need to maintain business and dealer secrets.
- 17. Communicate with suppliers to obtain information about products or services, such as price, product availability, and delivery program.
- 18. Commitment to use personal protective equipment in all work sites and oblige all auditors and employees to adhere to it
- 19. Assisting in reviewing and formulating the company’s policies and working on developing them.
Requirements: Executive Seceratary Job In Bahrain
- 1. Diploma/degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary.
- 3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
