Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all hotel supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of stock levels using the IDS (Inventory Management System).
- Perform regular stock audits to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and store goods while ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage stock replenishment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe storage area.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet operational needs and support daily functions.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and submit them to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in IDS (Inventory Management System) or similar inventory control software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of stock management, purchasing procedures, and inventory control processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is required.
