Description:

Busco Contracting Company, a reputable construction firm operating in Bahrain, is seeking a skilled and organized Admin to join our team. If you have a strong administrative background and can efficiently handle various office tasks, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • – Provide administrative support to the management team and staff
  • – Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • – Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments
  • – Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • – Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes
  • – Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • – Perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

Requirements: Admin Job In Bahrain

  • – High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
  • – Proven experience in an administrative role
  • – Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • – Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • – Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • – Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
