A reputed company in Bahrain requires Agriculture Engineer:
Responsibilities:
• Landscaping Developments:
- – Identify the areas that require further development or enhancement.
- – Create and propose a strategy for improvements, including a conceptual design, estimated budget, and approach for enhancement.
- – Capture photographs of the area prior to and following the enhancements.
- – Provide quarterly reports on the improvements to management.
- – Regularly revisit the entire landscape area for ongoing enhancements, with particular attention to the VIP Villas.
- – Conduct soil tests for agriculture at established intervals and take necessary actions as required.
• Irrigation Improvement:
- – Adjust the irrigation schedule by seasonal variations.
- – Analyze irrigation water at set intervals and take needed actions as necessary.
- – Maintain a record of maintenance activities.
• General Job Description:
- – Work in areas including landscaping, fruit trees, palms, and ornamental flowers.
- – Create methods to conserve both soil and water resources.
- – Plan the production of plants within the nursery.
- – Oversee the nursery’s propagation efforts and guide the team’s ineffective practices.
- – Conduct thorough research and development on conservation practices, reducing irrigation costs, and landscaping development.
- – Estimate costs and prepare budgets on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
- – Establish efficient processes for routine and occasional tasks.
- – Compile a list of pesticide products and maintain stock as necessary, along with the corresponding material safety data sheets.
- – Design systems for irrigation, drainage, and flood management.
