Position Overview:
As an Assistant Placement Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior officers and providing administrative assistance to our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing/Assisting email communications to and fro
- Assisting Preparation of Contracts including system entry
- Handling incoming calls and emails, and addressing it appropriately
- Maintaining and organizing files and records
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification (Insurance Qualification is preferable)
- Proven experience as an officer, office assistant, or in a relevant administrative role(Insurance & Banking background is preferable)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
