We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to support daily restaurant operations while ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Supervise and support service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and high performance.
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management.
Support training and onboarding of new employees.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.
Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Prepare reports and communicate operational issues to management.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
✅ Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant or F&B environment is preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
