- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist guests with their luggage, providing efficient and courteous service.
- Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with hotel facilities.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the hotel’s grooming standards.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bell Boy or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle guest luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
