Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
- Count and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Knowledge in handling delivery app such as Talabat, Ahlan, Jahez
- Filling a daily sales report
- Knowledge in Coffee Making
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
