Role Description
This is a full-time Chef De Partie role located on-site in Manama. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. You will work closely with the Head Chef and the culinary team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standard, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Assist the head chef in developing and designing new menu items
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Supervise and train junior members of the kitchen team
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
