Experienced Duty Manager Job in Bahrain
Location: Juffair, Bahrain
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager for a 4-star luxury hotel in Juffair. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels of similar category. Immediate availability is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and coordinate front desk activities, reservations, and guest services
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Monitor hotel facilities and ensure they meet health and safety regulations
- Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and financial transactions
- Implement hotel policies and procedures effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar managerial role in hospitality
- Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Visa eligibility in Bahrain
