We are in search of a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team and contribute to creating an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency. In this role, you will oversee daily shifts, ensuring that employees are motivated, tasks are completed, and business goals are met. Your shift supervisor skills will be crucial in supporting the production strategy and maintaining a positive business reputation.

Responsibilities: Fast Food Shift Supervisor – Bahrain

1. Supervise daily restaurant operations, focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
2. Respond efficiently to customer complaints and address concerns promptly.
3. Review product quality regularly, ensuring adherence to recipes and standards.
4. Organize and supervise shifts, managing duty rosters effectively.
5. Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
6. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
7. Ensure compliance with restaurant standards and regulations.
8. Manage the restaurant’s image and recommend improvements.
9. Control operational costs, implement measures to reduce waste, and maintain inventory.
10. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
11. Train new and existing employees on customer service practices and SOPs.
12. Implement policies and protocols to maintain a healthy work environment.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar role within the fast-food industry, handling restaurant operations individually.
2. Age up to 40 years.
3. Good English communication skills.
4. Willingness to work flexible shifts in accordance with QSR standards.
5. Strong team player.
