Description:
We are seeking an Office Assistant to manage quotations, invoices, and
email correspondence etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepared and issued accurate quotations, delivery notes, and
- invoices for clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and
- in a timely manner.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support office
- operations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
