Location : Manama, Bahrain

Description:

We are seeking an Office Assistant to manage quotations, invoices, and

email correspondence etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepared and issued accurate quotations, delivery notes, and
  • invoices for clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and
  • in a timely manner.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support office
  • operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
