Description:
Fitout Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- • Approval and commenting on subcontractor’s construction schedules.
- • Ensuring compliance with overall project schedule.
- • Prepare master project schedule and plans during tender and execution stage.
- • Reviewing work progress and infrastructure land side plans.
- • Coordinating with the main contractor and other contractors.
- • Monitoring major construction progress against approved schedules.
- • Reviewing contractors’ monthly and weekly reports.
- • Identifying and issuing delay notices.
- • Attend project review meetings and submit reports to management.
- • Monitor material submission, approval, and procurement schedule against project plan.
Qualification & Experience:
- • Strong Academic Background in Civil Engineering degree.
- • Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same field.
