A reputable company in Bahrain is seeking a dedicated and experienced Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gym.
Job Description:
The Gym Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the gym’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is enhanced.
- Maintaining fitness equipment and ensuring its functionality.
- Hiring, training, and supervising gym staff, including fitness instructors and personal trainers.
- Coordinating and managing the gym’s fitness class schedule.
- Ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and maintaining a safe and clean gym environment.
- Promoting and marketing the gym to attract and retain members.
- Overseeing the sale of gym memberships and products.
- Providing regular updates on the gym’s operations and performance to upper management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Fitness Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a gym or fitness center manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours and perform under pressure.
