• Proven experience as a Head Chef specializing in Japanese cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditional dishes.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to create innovative and authentic Japanese dishes.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Waiter/Waitress:

• Immediate availability to join.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and attentive demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
