Hotel Supervisor Job in Amwaj, Bahrain
Location: Amwaj, Bahrain
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of hotel management practices and excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
- Set clear objectives and delegate tasks to team members
- Plan and organize activities to optimize hotel efficiency
- Manage budgets, analyze financial information, and monitor sales and profitability
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote hotel services
- Interact with guests to welcome them, address concerns, and provide information as needed
- Handle maintenance issues, staff shortages, equipment needs, and renovations
- Collaborate with suppliers, travel agents, and other external parties
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Supervisor or in a relevant supervisory role
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of hotel management best practices and regulations
