HR & Operations Manager Required For A Logistics Company.
Location : Al Seef, Bahrain
Description:
We are a Logistics Company seeking a Candidate who is Well organized, proactive and capable of multitasking for the Role of an HR and Operations Manager. You will be assisted by a Junior and must fulfil the below responsibilities along with him.
Responsibilities as HR Manager:
- • You will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related duties, including recruitment, Visa Processing, employee onboarding & offboarding and Visa Renewals of existing Employees.
- • Providing Necessary Training to New Employees.
- • Provide Training, Issue Warning Letters and Terminations of Poor Performing Employees.
- • Manage Employee Vacation Requests accordingly to maintain Sufficient Active Staff at all times.
Responsibilities as Operations Manager:
- • Monitor Employee Performance on a Daily Basis.
- • Ensure that Employees have selected Sufficient Shifts for the upcoming week.
- • Monitor Employee Performance during Peak Times.
- • Collection and filing of all Employee Data.
- • Reporting Accidents to the Insurance Company for Employee Insurance Claims.
- • Solving day to day Operations related issues.
Requirements:
- • Should be a Male in his early Thirties.
- • Should have Prior experience in HR and or Operations.
- • Should be Verbally Fluent in Hindi.
- • Should be Proficient in English both written & verbal.
- • Should have experience in dealing with Laborers.
- • Should be Present in Bahrain.
