Job Description:
We are seeking experienced individuals in mobile accessories sales or management to join us as Incharges. This role requires creating an inspiring team environment, setting clear goals, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Foster an open communication culture within the team
- Set and communicate clear team goals and objectives
- Delegate tasks effectively and set appropriate deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or management in the mobile accessories sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of mobile accessories market trends and products
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
