IT Assistant Job In Bahrain
We are looking for an admin & IT Support Executive to provide administrative, secretarial, and IT support
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, professional, and capable of handling both office administration and basic technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties
Prepare letters, reports, minutes of meetings, and documentation
Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and external partners
Assist management during meetings, events, and official visits
IT Helpdesk & Desktop Support
Provide basic IT helpdesk support to office staff
Install and maintain Windows systems and office applications
Handle user accounts, passwords, and routine system checks
Maintain IT logs, documentation, and asset records
Application Support
Support internal and third-party business applications
Assist users with application issues and updates
Coordinate with vendors for technical support when required
E-Commerce Operations
Support E-Commerce team as when required .
Content Creation & Digital Support
Support social media updates and online promotions
Ensure accuracy and consistency of digital content
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
1 year experience in Secretarial / Office Administration / IT Support
Strong knowledge of MS Office, email systems, and office documentation
Basic understanding of Windows OS and desktop support
Experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Professional appearance and good organizational ability
