Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data centers and server management. Experience in the banking sector is a plus. The role requires a solid foundation in core IT operations, hardware, and software knowledge, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for data center and server operations.
• Utilize core IT knowledge to manage and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts with precision and attention.
• Perform core IT operations and data center tasks.
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, to convey technical information clearly.
• Work on a shift schedule as required.
• Apply core MS Windows skills to support various IT functions.
• Exercise good judgment and decision-making skills in complex situations.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Think critically to address and solve IT-related challenges.
