1. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in QS, designing, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, and extract detailed information.
- Prepare quotations and manage orders from suppliers.
2. Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
Requirements:
- Capable of independently handling departmental tasks.
- Experience in preparing drawings, meeting consultants and contractors for project execution.
- Proficient in preparing quotations, QS, and invoicing.
- Conducting customer visits to understand requirements and project planning.
- Experience in project handovers.
- Valid Bahrain Driving License required.
3. Electrician with EWA / EDD Wireman License
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in electrical systems and wiring.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform general electrical maintenance and troubleshoot issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Prefer candidates available for local transfer.
