Urgent (Local Hire Only)
One of the comprehensive medical trading companies in Seef is seeking an Admin/Secretary (preferably Filipina) to ensure the smooth running of the office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage business communication through proper correspondence with excellent written and verbal communication skills (calls & emails).
- Maintain excellent English communication skills.
- Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) proficiently.
- Learn quickly and follow instructions with minimal guidance/supervision.
- Present a professional and pleasing personality.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, orders, and invoices (knowledge in these areas is an advantage).
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
- Presentable with a pleasing personality.
- Willingness to learn and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in making enquiries, quotations, orders, and invoices is an advantage.
