One of the comprehensive medical trading companies in Seef is seeking an Admin/Secretary (preferably Filipina) to ensure the smooth running of the office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage business communication through proper correspondence with excellent written and verbal communication skills (calls & emails).
  • Maintain excellent English communication skills.
  • Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) proficiently.
  • Learn quickly and follow instructions with minimal guidance/supervision.
  • Present a professional and pleasing personality.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Handle enquiries, quotations, orders, and invoices (knowledge in these areas is an advantage).

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
  • Presentable with a pleasing personality.
  • Willingness to learn and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in making enquiries, quotations, orders, and invoices is an advantage.
