A well-reputed restaurant is currently seeking an Area Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced individual with proven working experience in restaurant management.
Competencies:
- Proven working experience as a Restaurant Area Manager.
- At least 2-3 years of overall experience in the field.
- Familiarity with F&B specifications.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to respond constructively to criticism.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train new managers within their designated area.
- Provide consultation and recommendations to store managers to address operational challenges.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving quarterly objectives.
- Minimize costs and optimize labor by reviewing schedules and inventory management.
- Conduct regular visits to stores to assess operations, cleanliness, and efficiency of each area.
