A specialty cafe is currently seeking a senior or junior barista to join their team. Responsibilities will vary based on experience level:
For Junior:
- Ability to prepare espresso drinks, steam milk, and make pourovers or filter coffees.
- Prepare coffee drinks, juices, and smoothies.
- Take orders, including food orders, and communicate with the kitchen.
- Assist in maintaining table cleanliness.
- Possess customer service skills, maintain a friendly and professional attitude, and work well within a team.
For Senior (in addition to Junior responsibilities):
- Oversee purchasing processes.
- Regularly calibrate coffee equipment.
- Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
