Job Details

As a Lady Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experience through your welcoming demeanor and efficient service.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist all guests with courteous and enthusiastic service.
  • Monitor and manage traffic in designated areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Provide special assistance to guests as needed.
  • Input valet tickets into the computerized system, maintain cash on hand, and reconcile tickets at the end of the shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas, including valet booths.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Notify supervisors of any unusual events, missing items, or security concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and accounting.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Available for local transfer only.
