As a Lady Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experience through your welcoming demeanor and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist all guests with courteous and enthusiastic service.
- Monitor and manage traffic in designated areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide special assistance to guests as needed.
- Input valet tickets into the computerized system, maintain cash on hand, and reconcile tickets at the end of the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas, including valet booths.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Notify supervisors of any unusual events, missing items, or security concerns.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer software and accounting.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Available for local transfer only.
