We are seeking a well-experienced Laundry Supervisor for a new laundry project in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing laundry operations and ensuring high-quality service. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
• Manage and train laundry staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure that all laundry processes comply with hygiene and quality standards.
• Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and monitor laundry equipment, scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.

• Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
