We are currently seeking a qualified Property Manager to join our team at Strata Owners Association Management. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in property management or a related field, possess knowledge of facilities management, have a background in engineering, and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- M100 Certification.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Outlook.
