We are looking for a dynamic JR SALES EXECUTIVE who has good electrical low-voltage switchgear and can work independently.
JR SALES EXECUTIVE Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- 1. Identify high potential prospects, set appointments, and make effective qualifying sales calls.
- 2. Establish and maintain channel sales partner and customer relationships via phone and email to GENERATE ORDER.
- 3. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- 4. Assist the Sales Manager in achieving the sales monthly and yearly quota set by the management.
- 5. Help the Sales Manager to accurately forecast your performance for the month, quarter, and year.
- 6. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business. Understand your prospects marketing objectives, needs, and goals.
- 7. Must meet and build a good working relationship with contractors and consultants.
- 8. Assist customers with all inquiries, account set ups, and upgrades to find the best products/services for their needs.
- 9. Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level.
- 10. Motivate customers to enhance sales and profits by advertising and marketing products.
- 11. Communicate daily with management about sales and customer issues.
Skills and Qualifications Requirements:
- 1. A bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or any business related course
- 2. A minimum of two years’ experience as a sales personnel of electrical related industry.
- 3. Having a strong understanding in the low voltage switchgear panel, distribution boards, and other electrical is required.
- 4. Understanding of a range of electrical generation and transmission systems.
- 5. Strong customer relationship skills
- 6. Thorough knowledge of electrical safety regulations, building codes, and health standards.
- 7. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 8. A self-starter, aggressive, able to work independently but cooperatively and enthusiastically to build a new business
- 9. Ability to think and plan strategically and be creative in their sales
- 10. Strong communication skills and collaborative abilities.
- 11. Must have a valid driving license.
