Urgently Looking for Admin & HR Role

Responsibilities

  • -Purchasing Officer:
  • -Vendor Management-Identify, Evaluate, Negotiate, Coordinate with vendor and drivers, track orders.
  • -Maintain purchase records.
  • -Research new vendors, trends for controlling cost & Stock Control:
  • -Monitor stock levels, Reporting:
  • -Generate purchase process reports.
  • -HR Coordinator
  • -Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening candidates and facilitate new employee orientation.
  • -Employee Records and Vehicle management:
  • -Maintain accurate records and Policy Compliance and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • -Employee Relations: Address employee queries.
  • -Training Coordination: Organize training sessions.
  • -Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork.
