Urgent Hiring For Mechanical Estimator & MEP Technician – We are currently in need of the following positions:
- – Mechanical Estimator
- – MEP Technician
Job Description for Mechanical Estimator:
- • Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and ; schedules.
- • Assist in compiling tender documents.
- • Coordinate with the team for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
- • Sending enquiries along with project specification for compliance and preparing Price comparison sheet.
- • Keep following suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing and quotations
- • To ensure the Subcontractor and Supplier proposals alignment with project specifications.
- • Preparing material and labor cost estimation and bid price.
- • Preparing precise and comprehensive cost estimates for materials, and labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses
- • To prepare the tender documents that include detailed cost breakdowns, schedules, and relevant project information.
- • Preparing Tender offer letter with mentioning drawings, Specification & BOQ reference of tender document.
- • Ensure that tender submissions are completed within specified deadlines.
- • Maintain records of project estimates, tenders, and related documentation.
Qualifications of Mechanical Estimator:
- – Must have a Mechanical Engineer Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
- – Minimum 5 years experience as a mechanical engineer with a background of estimation.
- – Additional advantage to those who have an existing CRPEP License that is ready to transfer.
Job Description for MEP Technician:
- – Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement of machinery or equipment to be installed
- – Checking and calibrating of instruments to make sure they are accurate
- – Responding immediately for machinery breakdown
- – Maintenance experience in MEP industry
- – Familiarity with environmental safety regulations related to mechanical maintenance activities.
- – Attending site visits related to Maintenance.
Qualifications of MEP Technician:
- – Must have an experience in the same field
- -Advantage if the applicant is ready for local transfer.
