Key Responsibilities:

1. • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
2. • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
3. • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
4. • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
5. • Collaborate with other departments to forecast needs and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
6. • Review and approve purchase orders and contracts.
7. • Analyze market trends and industry developments to inform purchasing decisions.
8. • Prepare and manage budgets for procurement activities.

Qualifications:

1. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. • Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
3. • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
