Job Description:

We are urgently hiring an Office Admin for a well-known company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Greet visitors and provide general support.

Requirements: Office Admin Job in Jidhafs, Bahrain

  • Age: Below 35
  • Nationality: Only Indian
  • Proven experience as an Office Admin or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
