Qualifications: Office Admin-Secretary
secretarial studies or office admin.
Duties :
- 1.Answering phone calls and emails
- 2.Greeting and directing office visitors.
- 3.Building spreadsheets or presentations.
- 4.Organizing & scheduling meetings & events
- 5.Managing data in spreadsheets & reports
- 6.Keeping records & reports up to date”
- 6.Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- 7.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- 8.Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- 9.Assist colleagues whenever necessary
