Expected salary :BD 250-300 depending on experience

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

Qualifications:  Office Admin-Secretary

secretarial studies or office admin.

Duties :

  • 1.Answering phone calls and emails
  • 2.Greeting and directing office visitors.
  • 3.Building spreadsheets or presentations.
  • 4.Organizing & scheduling meetings & events
  • 5.Managing data in spreadsheets & reports
  • 6.Keeping records & reports up to date”
  • 6.Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • 7.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • 8.Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • 9.Assist colleagues whenever necessary
