Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, help maintain efficient office operations, and support the team with day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1-Assisted with general office duties such as filing, organizing, and running errands.
- 2-Manage office supplies and inventory
- 3-Maintain office cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and taking out trash.
- 4-Greet and assist visitors in the office
- 5-Support team members with clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 1-Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- 2-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- 3-Attention to detail and organizational skills
- 4-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: This will be discussed during the interview.
