Description:
We are urgently seeking a Female (Indian only) Executive Secretary/Office Admin to join a reputed company in the GCC. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality and 2-3 years of work experience with good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Track office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Dynamic personality
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Good communication skills
