Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Filipina Administration Staff to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • • Handle general office tasks such as business communications, emails, filing, generating reports, and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • • Manage communication including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of administrative documentation.
  • • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  • • Maintain and update company databases and records accurately.
  • • Process and manage invoices and expenses.
  • • Provide support in human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • • Qualifications in Office Administration/Business discipline.
  • • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • • Filipina nationality preferred.

Preferred:

  • • Experience in the environmental services industry.
  • • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
