- Perform maintenance on all types of Air Conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Demonstrate good communication skills while dealing with tenants regarding AC maintenance.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Preferably possess a valid driving license.
